Columbus Manor &
Village is a property located in Bridgeland situated between the
zoo, and the Bridgeland LRT station. It sits on a 5 acre parcel of land
featuring over a hundred trees, lush lawns and local wildlife.
The
Manor is a nine story brick building built in 1982 and features 99
one-bedroom suites. Some amenities include a full service hair salon, recreation
& exercise auditorium, laundry room, a TV & social lounge, and an
up-to-date building security system.
The
Village is 3 groups of cottages totaling 40 one-bedroom apartments. The
ten buildings were initially located at the Olympic Village, and housed the
media. They were moved here to Columbus in 1989. The cottages feature separate
front and rear entrances, patio, and porch. All village tenants receive privileges
and access similar to that of Manor tenants.

Manor and Village also has a tenant-run non-profit social club, which
organizes trips and events.
