Application Information

 

General Information

Security Deposit is $120.00 upon acceptance of a suite.

Rent is based on 30% of your gross annual income (line 150 of your tax assessment).

Utilities, Cable TV, Parking etc. is based on a flat rate and is different for every building.

All tenants are required to provide proof of a minimum $500,000.00 personal liability insurance as well as contents insurance before a lease will be signed or keys turned over.

Tenants are issued only one key to the main doors of the building.

Vehicles must be registered and insured by the tenant. They must be in good operating condition in order to park on the property

Application Information

Line 6 - provide income amount from line 150 of your most recent income tax assessment. This will have to be verified before acceptance.

Line 9 – Provide landlord reference. This will be checked.

Line 18 – Cats and Dogs are not allowed in any of our projects, even to visit.

A Medical Form (available here) must be completed by your physician and returned to the manager before your application will be placed on the wait list for that building.
